Ulma TFS 300 thermoformer

Forming and sealing section driven by pneumatic cylinder. Locking by mechanical lever system.

Loading section protected by safety table – protection against penetration of the packed product into the machine.

Extruders with product supported on guides. Additional supports for heavy products.
Driven by inverter-controlled electric motor (stepless control of speed and acceleration).

Storage of machine status information in text files for further analysis. Several megabytes of data are stored. The system automatically discards older data so that the most recent is always available;

1. Heating of the bottom film.
2. forming of the packaging.
3. product loading into packaging.
4. vacuum generation / MAP
5. sealing of packaging, sealing of top film.
6. Dividing the pack; longitudinal and transverse cutting.
7. Product exit.
8. Removal of residual / waste film.
