The SEALPAC A10 featured here is a high-throughput, servo-driven tray sealer built for one purpose: FlatSkin® packaging on cardboard. It seals products under vacuum directly onto pre-cut cardboard carriers, creating a tight skin pack that enhances product presentation while reducing plastic. With no MAP or standard tray sealing configuration, this machine is optimised for FlatSkin® only. Equipped with intuitive touchscreen interface, tool quick-change system, and compatible with multiple format sizes – including 180×250 mm, 170×170 mm, and 290×120 mm. Robust 2019-built unit, already proven in production.
