The soft separator Baader 601 reliably separates raw meat material from solid waste components. A flexible squeezing belt transports the product to a perforated drum, where it gently squeezes the softer particles—like meat and fat—through the holes. Harder particles, such as bones, sinews, and cartilage, stay outside of the drum. This pressure system ensures gentle product processing and reduces overall machine wear.
The machine is built in accordance with worldwide recognised sanitary standards, making daily washdowns easy and efficient. Additionally, the unit features castors for easy handling and quick integration into any food processing line:
