BAADER 1741 separates the head from the body using two angled circular knives. A flap retains the head, allowing recovery of valuable meat from the neck area. Fish are fed head-up and guided through the machine by vertical fins and two synchronized conveyors with drivers.
The cut is made precisely behind the collar fins, ensuring consistent results and high yield. The deheaded fish is transferred to an ascending conveyor for further processing, while heads are discharged via a side chute.
The stainless steel construction ensures hygiene and easy cleaning. The machine runs a wide size range without adjustment and requires only one operator.
