The process of massaging meat takes place in hermetic tank by gravitational settling. Thanks to the spiral blade system, the massed batch smoothly circulates in the drum from the lid to the bottom and back. The unloading process is automatic.
In the Gherri vacuum tumbler, solutions have been applied which enable obtaining high quality sausage products from each batch of meat. All parameters of technological process such as direction and speed of rotating the drum, duration of particular cycles, time of switching on and off or vacuum in the massaging chamber is controlled and steered by Mikster microprocessor, thanks to which the whole massaging cycle and all operations connected with it can be programmed with high precision. Once selected parameters can be repeated many times (50 different programs) and if necessary each operation and parameter can be changed at any time using buttons on the control panel.
Specially selected spiral shape of blades increases accuracy and uniformity of massaging. These blades not only massage, but also gently mix meat. The pulsating vacuum applied in the massager considerably improves product quality while shortening meat processing time. The use of high quality steel (OH18N9) and a smooth tank surface free from irregularities, hollows and nooks makes it possible to keep the machine clean and properly hygienic.
