Operating principle:

A flexible pressure belt transports the product to the perforated drum.
The meat is gently pressed through the drum holes, while the harder parts, such as bones, fins and skin, are effectively separated and remain outside the drum.
The texture of the final product depends on the type of raw material and the diameter of the holes in the drum.
