Breading machine GEA CFS CrumbMaster 400 II
The GEA CFS CrumbMaster 400 creates a controlled top and bottom coating in a continuous production line. Crumbs circulate through the machine and are redistributed onto the product, while the thickness of both layers can be adjusted independently. A pressure roller supports coating adhesion before excess crumbs are removed by the closed blowing system. Conveyor speed is continuously adjustable from 2 to 20 m/min.

The GEA CFS CrumbMaster 400 is an industrial breading machine for continuous coating with fine and coarse crumbs. Products enter the machine on a prepared bottom layer and receive an additional layer of coating from above.
The crumb circulation and selection system distributes the coating material between the upper and lower layers while limiting unnecessary crumb breakdown. Both coating layers can be adjusted separately to suit the product and required process.
After application, the product passes underneath an adjustable pressure roller to improve adhesion. A closed blowing system then removes loose excess crumbs and helps limit dust release around the process.
The mesh conveyor operates at an adjustable speed of 2–20 m/min, with frequency-controlled belt and blower operation. This unit was manufactured in 2022.
