The SEALPAC A10 is an automatic tray sealing machine designed for industrial food packaging applications. The system performs tray sealing and modified atmosphere packaging while maintaining stable and repeatable production conditions. The construction is suitable for continuous operation in food processing environments.
The machine is equipped with interchangeable sealing tools for different tray formats:
- Tool no. 5103 — 6-lane outside-cut LID tooling for 21×30 cm format
- Tool no. 4936 — 8-lane outside-cut LID tooling for 18×25 cm format
The SEALPAC A10 includes tray transport, film unwinding and rewind systems, sealing station and operator control panel. The construction features safety guards, emergency stop systems and components suitable for food industry production. The machine can operate with MAP gas flushing.
