The FCA 140 automatic double-clipper is mechanically connected and electrically synchronised to a filling machine. The portions are fed in precisely to the nearest gram and closed with a clip. The operator is intuitively guided through the flat menu structure of the SAFETY TOUCH by self-explanatory pictograms. Operator, setup, and service levels are kept clearly separate and are password-protected. The FCA’s automation offers a high degree of process monitoring. The PC control allows very fast and accurate signal processing. On the SAFETY TOUCH display, the diagnostic system provides a clear, direct indication of the machine’s operational status, as well as analysis of filling and clipping times. A USB port for data import and export comes as standard.
